Almost every time I lay Liam down on the changing table he laughs, coos, and smiles. The root of all of this happiness is due to the pennant hanging over his changing table. Here's a picture of him looking up at it and then a picture of the pennant. It's so funny! And yes, Liam has one proud Papa!
